Meet Kelly:

A Professional Fitness & Health Junkie!

Hey there! I’m Kelly, soaking up the sun and eating delicious raw living food in beautiful Southern California with my cat Zeyla.


My journey into a healthy lifestyle isn’t just a recent trend; it’s been part of my life from the start, thanks to my mom’s emphasis on nutrient-rich foods when I was growing up.


As a high school cheerleading captain, I was active and fit. But at 16, everything changed. My dad, who always seemed healthy, was diagnosed with a genetic liver disease—a condition I later learned I inherited.


The Doctors advice was simple: avoid drinking and smoking. But like any teenager, I was more focused on boys and getting my driver’s license.

Fast forward to college at Arizona State University, I ignored the doctor's advice and partied hard, a habit that didn’t stop after graduation.


Approaching my 30th birthday, I was often sick with Bronchitis and had gained a lot of weight.


That was my wake-up call. I dove into fitness and healthy meals, shedding 41 pounds, and never looked back.


My passion led me to become certified with Sports Nutrition and Group Fitness, and I even started leading park workouts for friends.


However, life threw another curveball in 2017 when I broke my neck, sidelining me for 9 months. During my recovery, I relied heavily on my nutrition knowledge, using food to aid my healing.

My physical therapist was amazed at my speedy recovery, which I credited to my diet. This experience deepened my interest in nutrition, leading me to discover the negative impacts of animal proteins.


Through gut testing I learned that I was developing gut issues from the high protein intake that's promoted to eat for building muscle.


In November 2019, I switched to a completely animal-free diet and soon after embraced the raw vegan lifestyle.


This dramatic change resolved my iron anemia, chronic neck pain, liver disease, anxiety, ADD, and hypothyroidism.

Inspired by my journey, I pursued and achieved certifications in Regenerative Detoxification and Lymphatic Iridology from Dr. Robert Morse N.D.


I deepened my expertise by mastering the interpretation of functional bloodwork, enabling me to order labs and conduct functional tests for my clients.


In 2021, I founded EyeonHealing, a regenerative health practice that integrates Iridology, Bloodwork, and Detoxification to foster the body’s natural healing processes.


Since its inception, I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals enhance their health and well-being.


But even with the health benefits of a high-raw diet, I noticed my body fat creeping up after 4 years.


Determined, I drew on all my experiences and expertise to create a Raw Food program aimed at helping women tackle their obstacles like confusion with what to eat, lack of time, social isolation, and previous dieting failures—while staying lean and strong.


I launched Raw Fit Life to create a community where we can explore raw foods and fitness together, share unique insights, recipes, and inspirations.


I’ll be offering ebooks, recipe books, blog posts, and YouTube videos to empower you to embrace a fit, raw lifestyle.


I’ve finally cracked the code to staying lean and healthy on a raw diet, and I can’t wait to share it all with you!
